Ventract is a website where contractors can post projects and vendors can easily find projects and place their bids. You build on the vendor relationships you already have and scale your reach to establish new connections.

Identifying the Problem

I needed to research and test the site to see where users are getting stuck, confused, or frustrated. Below are compiled observations of both the signing up process, and creating a project on their website.
